For the successful completion of every work, there is a need to speak and write for that work and its tasks. Writing is a wider concept used for something written on papers and useful for related tasks and work completion. If we make agreement, it should be written with proper format and according to law. Speaking is universal and everybody acquire it. Speaking has numerous variations and region specified speaking is on the top priority. Speaking is depending upon rhythm, voice and pitch of the speaker. We can use different connotations, pauses, breaks in speaking to make it efficient and pronunciation is equally important for the speaking process. Speaking should be rough, formal or informal according to the time and situation. We can talk anything with our friends, relatives and family members. But we can speak softly and politely in front of public, consumers and other people. In society, speaking skills create an image of your nature, and behavior. It gives us results and feedback at the same time, when we speak and give our opinion to other people.

Writing consists of written down views and thoughts on paper and should be in readable form. The language matters a lot in case of writing. It consists of words and impressions in a form of paragraph or lines. Punctuations and grammar plays an integral role to write something. Writing is planned and organized as per the requirement and editing should be done before reading it in front of audience or public. Usually writing gets slower response and sometimes same time response has been received depending on several factors. Written agreements and laws have significant importance worldwide. To avoid conflicts and better respond from other side, writing is the only key to get success.
